  1.                    DECISION ON REVIEW OF THE ISO/IEC 
  2.                      INFORMATION CENTRE PUBLICATION

  5.       Ministers decide that in conformity with paragraph 1 of Article 13, 
  6. the Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade shall, without prejudice to 
  7. provisions on consultation and dispute settlement, at least once a year 
  8. review the publication provided by the ISO/IEC Information Centre on 
  9. information received according to the Code of good practice in Annex 3 of 
  10. the Agreement, for the purpose of affording Members opportunity of 
  11. discussing any matters relating to the operation of that Code.

  13.       In order to facilitate this discussion, the MTO Secretariat is 
  14. requested to provide a list by Member of all standardizing bodies that have 
  15. accepted the Code of good practice, as well as a list of those standardizing 
  16. bodies that have accepted or withdrawn from the Code since the previous 
  17. review.

  19.       The MTO Secretariat is also requested to distribute promptly to the 
  20. Members copies of the notifications it receives from the ISO/IEC Information 
  21. Centre.
